About Bruce
Bruce Newell started selling homes in the 1970s. He moved to Florida in 1981 and worked for many years with CRF Communities. He was a Realtor for many years in Michigan before moving to Florida, and reactivated his license in the early 1990s. His extensive knowledge of the 55+ communities was extremely valuable in starting Sun Resales, Inc. with his wife, Kathy. Sadly, Bruce passed away in September of 2015. He is deeply missed by his family, friends, and colleagues.
