Bruce Newell has been selling homes since the 1970s. He moved to Florida in 1981 and worked for many years with CRF Communities. He was a Realtor for many years in Michigan before moving to Florida, and reactivated his license in the early 1990s. His extensive knowledge of the 55+ communities was extremely valuable in starting Sun Resales, Inc. with his wife, Kathy. Bruce passed away September 2015. He will be deeply missed.
